Journeyman through the concrete industry Roger created an Empire, 25 years of experience he has emparted his expertise on a new generation of people. After finding and training a group of young men he decided that it is now his time to share his dream of artisan construction with the Minneapolis metro and beyond as more than just a worker but as a visionary.
